Some confusing points in the process. Dropped communication after closing multiple phone calls and emails. Unaware mortgage maintenance is outsourced.
The entire Radius team was great! Responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

Loan officer was nice but didnt listen to my question about the amount of the mortgage and was quick to refer me to my lawyer. He should have tried to understand beter what I was trying to ask him.
