The application process was new to all of us, it was relativity easy and all questions where handled promptly. David explains things in ways it easy to understand.
Things seemed a little out of order in the process, and I thought that things were already taken care of, but weren't. Like sending the insurance payment to my home insurance company in a prompt manner.
