David Roth of CIBM Bank was great and responsive to all the questions we asked. He really cared about making sure we knew what we were doing during each step and worked hard to get us to close in a quick manner.
literally will use Dave whenever I can for now on. Dave is on top of everything you won’t have to do anything but sign a few papers. Not to mention his wife’s jam making skills at the end.
