More communication through out the whole process. More follow-up from FCM with the other parties involved in the purchase of the home. Felt like FCM wasn't project managing the purchase and blaming others for delays.
FirstBank and Tamara Saulsberry have been a true blessing to me. I am now a first time homeowner. The process was smooth and my loan officer did not half step. I appreciate her!!! Definitely a great choice!!! So glad I used First Bank!!!
