It took almost a full three months due to underwriting continuing to ask for more and more documents and multiple appraisals and plenty of nitpicking regardless of already having the documents they previously requested.

He took 2 leaves of absence during the process. Was supposed to choose at earlier date, but he didn't get all the stuff needed for the process. Made me drive 4 hrs for no reason to find out the closing was cancelled. Worst experience I've ever...
