David and his team are amazing to work with! Very quick to respond and on top of things! Never have to worry where we are at in the loan process - they are very communicative! I highly recommend David Nelson!

David and his team did a wonderful job from beginning to the end
David is always on top of every deal. He will notify me the minute he sees a potential issue,and when he calls he typically already has a resolution to the issue. If I hand out a referral for a lender he is always my first choice.
