David and his team are awesome! Very efficient and thorough. David's always available to help run scenarios and troubleshoot any potential issues that may arise.
Communication with staff throughout the process was excellent. Process was great and simply explained to buyers every step of the way.

Communication could be better, buyer was not told when and how much
cash to bring to closing or in what form. Closing was delayed while buyer went to his bank.
They kept me informed and helped me process the information I needed to turn in.
