My experience with Guild Mortgage was amazing ! As a first time home buyer, I needed a lot of assistsnce working through the whole process and David was extremelt helpful to me through out all of it.

I was referred to David by a family member. I had been looking at refinancing with my current(at the time) lender. But after taking to David I knew that he was going to be able to walk me through the process and he did. Thank you for your help...

David and Stephanie were great to work with. There were issues at closing but I believe most of those were a issue with Title One. I would definitely ask David for help again in the future.
