Both David and Jennifer were very helpful guiding me through the process, quickly addressing all of my questions and concerns.
We are out of state and David was very detailed when communicating with us and answered our question very quickly. There were no surprises, and it was a pleasure dealing with him and his staff.
In the beginning with someone else things were chaotic then it went over to Dave. He saved the whole project. I believe if Dave didn’t take over, I wouldn’t have a new Condo in Myrtle Beach.
