    I was able to call and reach David Kaminsky almost every time. It means a lot to a Realtor to be able to stay in contact with the lender. The only thing that was a small problem was the funding was a little slow for some reason. I don't know...

    David helped with so much. When I started to get frustrated(normal)he stayed calm and in return kept me calm. No matter how late I would email him with a question about the house he would respond either within the hour or early the next morning....
