Horrible service!! Brooke never called back when she was supposed to and couldn't do in two weeks what another lender was able to do in less than 2 hours!! I would not recommend this mortgage company to anyone!!
My experience with Brook and Donnita was very helpful. They were patient and knowledgeable about this process. This was very important to me as it was my first time buying a house. I would definitely recommend using Guild Mortgage in the future....

The process took way longer than I expected and my first loan officer either quit or got fired and I was left with no communication for almost 2 weeks until Brooke took over and she was excellent.
