Very good and very easy to deal with. All digital and never even had to go anywhere until the actual closing and we went to our county abstract office rather than having to drive to the Guild branch office.

Well they asked for closing cost so we got it and then they gave us a whole list of reasons why they could t except it. We ordered an appraisal and it's been 4 weeks and still no word on it. I think they are slow and terrible company.
