David was very accessible and super responsive when I had a question or a concern.

The process was very streamlined and the team was very responsive. During the closing process some issues came up and they were able to resolve them quickly and close on the property in the same time frame.

Hes a very good person to work with, makes the experience very easy and takes away alot of the stress.

Better communication with me. I had to reach out to you guys many times to ask what I needed to do next. As a first time home buyer I had no clue about this process and I felt a timeline of events would have been nice and what was expected...

I think that when dealing with first time home buyers paperwork should be explained more thoroughly. If a person is new to this some of the terms in some of the forms are something we do not know nor understand.
