The process was not overwhelmin.
Timeliness of replies and actions allowed us to close in a very quick manner.
Providing more explanation to folks, don't just send qouots and random numbers without explaining in full what things mean. I do not work in finance, it is yalls responsibility to educate your clients. You failed.
