Working with David was a great experience. He was personal and always available. I would reccomend him to anyone.
David walked us through every step of the process, from helping us determine what we could afford vs. get what we might get approved for, to finding a good area to look in, to keeping us in the loop after contract and before closing!

Home did not meet closing timeline
No communication from lender that we wouldn't close on time, still no repsonse.
I checked in the week prior and was told we were on track to close

David has been a loan officer and manager in Columbia, MD with Presidential Mortgage since 2004. He has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years and has generated over $900 million in loans over the years. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and worked on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives prior to getting into the mortgage business. He was one of the first to begin doing large public home buying seminars and taught at several real estate schools for new agents. He also taught real estate continuing education classes on mortgages for many years.
