David has been a loan officer and manager in Columbia, MD with Presidential Mortgage since 2004. He has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years and has generated over $900 million in loans over the years. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and worked on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives prior to getting into the mortgage business. He was one of the first to begin doing large public home buying seminars and taught at several real estate schools for new agents. He also taught real estate continuing education classes on mortgages for many years.
