This is a company marketing issue, not the loan officer. The Silverton emails (such as: Things to avoid, Understanding your appraisal, Three words will change , etc ..) are all nice but they should include both names on the application.

The loan was approved and we closed on time
David made the entire process so easy and was available anytime I needed help or had questions.. I’ve dealt with mortgage companies in the past and thought they did good but I didn’t know this quality of service existed for the home buying...
