Very difficult to talk. I worked with number of landers but not good experience with David.
David made the process simple and underwriters did an amazing job as well.

David was fine, but Aynsley that he works with does not communicate well and she is the one collecting our important documents and passing them along for approval so that creates stress for buyers.
Too high rates and extra challenging with the paperwork to the underwriters. No other previous loan has been this challenging to say the list. It was rocky
