I would say we were kept in the loop - at times there were emails coming from multiple people and it was hard to keep up with who was wanting what.

From pre-approval to closing, David and his team, were efficient and great to work with. Any time I had questions, I received a response the same day (sometimes immediately) and always felt like I was in the loop throughout the whole process....
