Loan type unfamiliar on details. Once explained further, felt good about about it. Possibly recommend to couple later on this year.

Loan officer could have explained what product I was getting more thoroughly. For some reason I was sent the whole amount of the HELOC at the closing. Application was easy and interest rate of HELOC was what was desired.
