My questions were quickly answered.
There was not much communication during the entire process. I do like that the process is mostly electronic and I can provide/sign documents easily via the web however, this takes much of the personal communication out of it. It was very impersonal....

I didn’t really know what I was doing through this whole process & David always made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me, & I just felt he was trustworthy, so I was comfortable letting him guide me & help me make decisions!
