More communication!!
Difficult to speak to someone on the phone and slow to return phone calls.
Changes made to the Closing Disclosure statement and i find out about it from the notary. Difference of an additional 1000.00 due at closing.
The biggest problem I had was communication. I had to email or call several times in order to get a response.
