David took the time to answer questions. He called me back amd or emailed within a timely manner. Service was prompt and complete as described. I had no issues with my process and I thank him for being so tedious

Even though we’re in the time of COVID, the ability to get in contact was very slow and left me concerned about the processing of my paperwork, which was with the same company that I already was a part of.
The process took over 4 months when a regular refinance should take about 30 days and maybe at most 60 days. I wasn’t in no rush but im not happy with having two inquiries on my credit report due to running my credit twice, because planet home...
