The convenience of the closing during challenging times
Everyone involved in my new loan were so kind and helpful to this 76 year old!! When I did not quite understand “some terminology” they helped me understand what and why I needed to do!

Closing person was hard to work with
David kept in contact with us through the entire process which is something we didn't get the last time we refinanced so that made this experience so much better. We knew what was happening, when it was happening and what to expect.
We were kept updated thru the whole process and closed on time. We're happy we chose to work with Planet Home lending again.
Efficient, (although the length of time for the whole process was rather long but we are sure that is due to volume at the low interest rates), personable, and fairly easy on our end of things.
