Better communications during the process. I sent several emails to get status of loan.
The best interest of the client is not a priority for David. Communication is poor and the client's time is not of the essence AT ALL.
David and his assistant were very helpful and had excellent customer service.
The information we received was clear and understandable.

Although took longer than exspected. I was in contact a lot will a loan officer. She was great on keeping me posted.about delays. Not anyone's fault due to Covid 19.
