It was very quick and easy and he had everything ready as he said he would. I’d like to refinance if rates are still low in about 6 months.
Constant communication was good. Good information provided. Easy process
David answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. He was always very nice and helpful. David took care of everything for me and made the entire process very easy and stress free.
Service was ok
The house got refinanced. Mission accomplished, but I was not able to cash out $2k as requested. The processor was rude and didn’t know much. I wouldn’t recommend the woman who had me sign the documents.
