The process was quick and easy for us.
Easy process.
David was great with his communication and answered all of my million questions that I had.
There was room for some improvements. In the end David tried to make up for it and I did appreciate that.. Overall, the experience was just okay. If I had
to compare it to my previous refinance experience.
Received too many emails with final numbers changing. Even more than twice a day

Very professional and great service
David was very knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way. I was nervous about the refinance process and David made it less stressful by providing information up front and a timeline of events as well.
Very pleasant when I were able to talk with him. He seemed very busy, due to time lap returning calls. Non the less he always returned calls.
Lack of communication I kept having to reach out to them instead of them reaching out to me. Not know what's going on till the last second was a little nerve-wracking but everything worked out in the end.
