The whole experience was a nightmare. I still have not seen AMEX funded as of yet. Everything was like it was out of a horror movie.

David was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and respond to any of our concerns in a very timely manner. He made the refinancing experience easy.
David was excellent throughout the entire process. His knowledge/expertise was apparent which made me feel “comfortable”. Another aspect is that David always followed up with any issues or questions that needed to be resolved.

Makes process very easy to refinance
If all parties of PHL worked with each other and worked due diligence to their clients it would be a better service.
What made it great was the fact I was always imformed exactly what was needed quickly and I was also updated long before I would think to ask where we were in the process. It was also a faster process than I expected. Thank you.
