Mr. Anger was very responsive, helpful, & knowledgeable! When we needed more info or to hop on a phone call we were able to do so & were helped to understand our refinance a lot better!
Switching processors in the middle of the deal with zero communication is unaccepatable. Also zero communication after closing as far as what to expect, a timeline or anything at all. Super disappointed.
If I had been told my refinance costmore than I originally paid for my house or that the true cost only lowered my payment by lessthan $10.
