I was referred to David in 2017, when Loan Depot was the preferred lender for the newly constructed home I was purchasing. He proved to be utterly AMAZING in knowledge of home loans and provided me with "ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY" customer service....

I've done several loans with Dave and I've referred families and friends to him over the years. He monitors the rates closely and tries to lock the best one. For my most recent purchase, some issues came up with the appraisal process and docs...
