    Over the past 40 years, David Usiak has been successful in fulfilling the dream of homeownership for thousands of clients all over the country. Since 2007 he has been a Senior Loan Officer at First State Mortgage. He has lived in Bloomington/Normal the majority of his life, graduating from Normal Community High School. He currently serves on their Alumni Foundation Board. David was graduated by Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. It is a testament to the trust he has earned that most of his clients are referrals from professional partners, past clients, as well as current clients.
