Dave gave up time on weekends to help us. He went above and beyond what we expected!
Dave was really easy to work with. He always responded quickly and I would have to say the best part was Dave's personality! Great sense of humor and that was great while going through the process of paperwork to buy our home.
Nothing that I can think of.
Dave came in quite late in our buying process thru an aquaintance and did a wonderful job to meet the deadlines

I think I have bought 2 or 3 houses with Dave. I have always gotten excellent service and an ear to bend when it’s not going well :). I hope to buy more homes in the future and will go to Deve for all my Morgage Needs

Dave and Megan were great through the whole mortgage process. They always kept us informed which where we stood and were very timely in answering questions.

Everything was very good except the closing coast and fees. I think $11.000 is too high!

Saeed- I am glad that you had a great experience. Some states have higher fees (NC) which made your costs rise. Also the total amount includes your escrow set up which makes the one time fees appear to be higher than they actually are. Enjoy...
