Dave was able to help me salvage a deal quickly and without any issue. Also was able to keep the original closing dates very close.

Dave Pickering held my FHA Case number hostage! Refused to give it to the lender that was gonna save me 3000 dollars and lots of money on interest charges. Shame on him
