I told the representative that the tax amount was incorrect. Rather than check, he insisted it was right and said I was about to get a new bill. On the day of closing, I mentioned again and was told to pay the wrong amount and wait for a refund....

Good service. Great communication. Really helpful for the patience to help when not so computer savvy. Appreciated.
