Dave worked really hard to get our loan approved. Any challenges that came up he was on top of with solutions immediately. I will use him again for any future refinancing or home purchases.

A lot of clients are really stressed about student loans....Its really important to understand/study the guidelines. Congrats on your new home!

Dave was usually responsive to questions, but we did not like working with him. He explained financing options, but when I told him what we wanted to do, he kept pushing us to go different directions. It was as though he didn't want to listen...

Dave was very clear with all of the areas of the lending process and had a great way of informing us of the process through emails, texts and informative videos. Dave was very personable and my family and I trusted him completely.

We had a hard start to the mortgage process with a previous lender. Dave picked up our mess & got us to close in a week! We are so grateful to Dave & his team!
