Be transparent with information about the home buying process to first time home buyers. Disclose every fees they need to pay and why they need to pay them rather than just randomly sending them bill without their knowledge.

Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of our worries.

Overall easy process and great to work with. With rates changing so frequently, in hind-sight we should have secured a lower rate sooner.
