I was the buyer and had a difficult situation with a bankruptcy history. I was assured that my loan would close on time and that there would be no issues. When it came close to the closing date, my lender told me that we needed an extension...

Again clear cut and hassle free, unique buying situation allowed for a more personal experience overall. Needs and information were clearly communicated and we really felt take care of.
