This was the worst overall experience I have had with a lender, in the last 23 years. You are doing things you could get fined for. The absolute apathy and lack of l knowledge was so amazing it actually became comical by the end...
Slow process and underwriter twice re-stiped us on the file when submitting for a clear to close. Really have to consider sending future business if this sort of thing happens again
