Customer Service is AWFUL! There is no communication above the process and what the status of your loan is. Reached out several times by email to not receive an answer-Daren Howard always responding quickly - didn't know the up to date answers...

Excellent communication answered all questions immediately thoughtfully and knowledgable made the process easy
Everything went pretty well until we got to document signing which had to be done twice ( not the notary’s fault). Now we were told our loan would close yesterday with cash to us being wired in and a check to payoff loan on Honda coming overnight...
