Daren, knew my needs and took care of them. Very pleased with the help he provided
Daren would also answer quickly for any questions I had about the process, ended up getting a better rate than originally quoted. They provided best rates/closing costs of all that i talked to.
Daren was easy to work with and provided great advise and options. All other team members were equally easy to work with. The online process was very smooth.
Daren had great communication and response time. Our only complaint is that the closing costs were over 20% more than the amount that was initially approximated and quoted.
I appreciated the fact, in the end I got a very good deal and everytime I pushed back you guys listened and corrected any issues. I was kind of a difficut customer but they did what they said and provided execellet service. Thank you Charlie...
