Always responded back even on weekends
The processor (not Danielle) was very responsive but not thorough in reviewing documents and would ask me to resubmit the same documents and help her find information within them. The processor was also curt and came off rude to my realtor....

Danielle was extremely knowledgable and attentive. She was quick to respond with any questions or scenarios I asked her to look into. She made my relocation and home purchase much less stressful!
