Danielle was a please to work with. She was readily available and the process was easy. Her and her team made the process simple and easy.
This closing was a pain - the date was a moving target due to multiple delays. Danielle kept up with the changes and managed to schedule delivery within a day of closing with very little notice. She went above and beyond.
Danielle was very prompt and responsive, and provided needed details. Her assistant, however, was NOT helpful and detracted from the entire experience.
The timely communication and updates, and the willingness to help out.
