They helped me a lot even though all this pandemic situation
I understand its a busy refi time, i had to call weekly to get status and make sure I wasn't missing anything paperwork wise. Setting expectations for time frames would make it better.
Everything went through smoothly and we were very happy with the service we received.
He patiently ensured I had guidance to complete the documents electronically. I started recieving notifications throughout the loan process. I was completely informed at all times
