Paula was amazing. Her communication was impeccable. She was always easy to get ahold of and responded to emails and questions almost immediately.
Daniel worked hard for us, was quick to respond, had a team to help us get the lowest rate possible all the way to the last possible minute. He even gave us a pathway to lower our rate in the near future.

NOVA est. the value of my home at @ $95k, then at 94k before the appraisal. The appr. came in at $86k. The last est of val. by Nova was $99k The costs were high to close, and the proceeds were disappointing. Had Nora done a more educated job...
