The communication was great and the process was smooth
Very efficient, always very pleasant. Office staff always courteous and helpful. I’ve used Daniel at Nova twice now with home purchase.
My experience was not specifically with daniel. The loan process here takes a very long time. Two solid months in escrow. My other lender has closings completed within 30-45 days max.
