Better responsiveness and communication especially with which party needs to receive communication. We almost defaulted on our loan because of poor communication.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY APPROVAL ON MY TAX EXEMPT STATUS SUBMITTED IN JULY. I AM 100% DISABLED VET SO I SHOULD NOT BEING CHARGED PROPERTY TAX.
