The online portal for uploading documents is not user friendly to navigate. At first, we were communicating with 3 different people and it was a bit confusing. Sometimes they were asking for the same documents.

I think when filling out this survey, most homeowners who just closed are simply happy about the fact that they became homeowners. Mutual has a good web tool that made this process easy for me, especially because I am a first time home buyer...
