Loan application was very efficient and the team was quick to respond to all my queries. The only hitch was property taxes were collected 900$ over the annual amount when the settlement company's own policy didn't require such collection.

The process was much longer than anticipated, my other transactions have been a lot more painless. This one seemed to have a fair amount of red tape and frustration.
