Great communication, always responds and answers all questions thoroughly. Talked me off a ledge and assured me it would all work out and made sure that happened. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would highly recommend!!

some of the processes need to be more time friendly, and the phone should be used more when acquiring info from 3rd parties for underwriting.
