I am a Senior Mortgage Banker with First Trust Mortgage Company providing a variety of lending programs. We are a direct lender where the processing, underwriting, and closing of loans are all based in our office. I personally have over 25 years of experience and knowledge to help educate clients and get them accurately and quickly pre-approved, making the mortgage process as fast and stress-free as possible. Each client has their personal set of circumstances and may not be able to obtain financing through any of the Fannie Mae, FHA/VA or traditional agencies. I have the solution to this problem by providing a wide range of alternative lending programs with flexible qualifying requirements to suit the client's needs.
